Alltel Touch WM6 PDA Phone
After months of Sprint exclusivity in the United States, the popular HTC Touch has made its way to Alltel. The Touch, of course, features the TouchFLO user interface; with TouchFLO, the screen can detect the difference between the touch of a finger and the tap of a stylus; the screen can also accept "sweeps" of the finger as different commands. This is similar to, though not as sophisticated as, the multi-touch interface found on the Apple iPhone.
The Alltel Touch handset is powered by a 400MHz CPU and features 128MB of RAM, internal GPS and compatibility with EV-DO mobile broadband. Other features Windows Mobile 6 Professional, Bluetooth 2.0 wireless, and a 2MP digital camera. A microSD card slot with SDHC support and an 1100mAh Li-Ion battery round out the feature list.
Available now, the Alltel Touch is $249 after a service agreement and mail-in rebate. You can find better deals at third-party retailers by using the drop-down menu below.
