Apple iPod nano - 4th Generation

Apple's 4th Generation (4G) iPod nano represents the third redesign of the miniscule player and adds an accelerometer, more storage capacity and an improved user interface.

The iPod nano has been the most popular MP3 player in the world for years, and the 4th Generation nano is intended to build on that success.  The new nano includes an accelerometer which allows you to enter Cover Flow with a turn (à la iPhone, iPod touch); you can also shake the player to enter Shuffle Songs mode.  The nano's 2" screen makes watching widescreen video more natural with your choice of viewing orientations. At only 6.2mm thick and just 1.3 ounces, the 4G nano is the thinnest and lightest ever.

The 4G nano is available in two capacities, 8GB and 16GB, and nine colors (seen left). With a full charge, you'll get about 24 hours of audio playback or 4 hours of video.
