The sixth generation iPod nano is a radical departure from the five models that came before it. More than any iPod since the original iPod touch, the 6th Gen iPod nano represents a break from every iPod that came before it.
The first thing you'll notice about the new iPod nano is its design. It looks somewhat like an iPod shuffle with a screen. That screen, which measures 1.54-inches on the diagonal, features multitouch and a new interface based on the iOS UI. Included functions include Playlists, Artists, Genius Menus, FM Radio, and Photos.
There's no built-in camera on the latest nano, nor is there video playback. The 6th Gen iPod nano is all about music. There is a new built-in clip for wearing the player, and there's also a built-in pedometer for active users.
