food item. The nutritional information label
on the back of most products contains all the
information you need to add a food item to the
food database.
Enter your weight and the Diet & Exercise Assistant will graph your
current weight on a daily, weekly or monthly
basis. You can compare your current weight to
what is considered normal for your age, gender
