The first BlackBerry smartphone with support for Nextel's Push-to-Talk service is here. The BlackBerry Curve 8350i is sold by Sprint/Nextel and offers a blend of traditional smartphone technologies in addition to Nextel Direct Connect.
In many ways, the Curve 8350i is like its other Curve siblings. You get the BlackBerry OS along with native support for push email, a non-touchscreen display and a front-facing QWERTY thumb keyboard. There's also built-in Wi-Fi and GPS, a 2MP digtal camera, and a micoSD flash memory card slot with SDHC support for up to 32GB of additional storage (16GB microSDHC cards are available now).
The Curve 8350i supports Direct Connect, International Direct Connect and Talk Group.
The RIM BlackBerry Curve 8350i is now available on the Sprint Nextel wireless network.
