The latest model in the BlackBerry 8700 Series, the BlackBerry 8700g is a slimmed-down traditional wireless e-mail device with voice, web browsing, Bluetooth and high-speed EDGE wireless capabilities built-in.
The BlackBerry 8700g is powered by the new Intel PXA901 mobile processor for fast web browsing and software maneuvering. Other features include a QVGA 320x240 color display, 64MB of flash memory, built-in speakerphone, one-touch HTML web browsing, dedicated Send and End keys, and support for viewing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPerfect, and PDF files.
An
onboard light sensor automatically adjusts the brightness of the screen in order to keep the 8700g easily readable regardless of the environment.
Of course, the BlackBerry 8700g has every messaging feature you'll need including Push e-mail, SMS text messaging and instant messaging.
