Yet another Motorola Windows Mobile Smartphone is coming down the pike. The upcoming Motorola i930 Smartphone will be available on the Sprint/Nextel wireless network, will operate as both a cell phone and a walkie-talkie, and runs Windows Mobile 2003 SE Phone Edition.
The Motorola i930 is a bit chunky at 5.9 ounces, but there are a fair amount of features packed into its classic clamshell design. The i930 is powered by a 180MHz processor and boasts a 2.2" 65k color internal display, a 4k color external display, 32MB of RAM, 32MB of flash memory, an SD flash
memory card slot, an Infrared port, a speakerphone and more.
Having a Windows Mobile Smartphone with walkie-talkie push-to-talk capabilities may be very attractive to many users.
While the i930 was slated to show up at Sprint/Nextel stores in November 2005, it looks like we'll have a wait a bit longer. Check back here for more availability information in the coming weeks.
