T-Mobile Shadow Smartphone

The HTC Juno has come to the U.S. in a big way as the T-Mobile Shadow, a Windows Mobile 6 Standard Smartphone with a tweaked interface and an impressive array of features.

The T-Mobile Shadow features a slide-to-hide 20-key dial pad with alphanumeric functionality.  The face of the Shadow is dominated by a large 2.6" QVGA display (non-touchscreen) and a spinning navigation pad for scrolling and menu selection.  The retooled Home Screen interface was a joint venture between T-Mobile, HTC and Microsoft and was designed to make this primary screen a more user friendly launch pad for the phone's functionalities.

Hardware features include built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a 2MP camera, a roomy 128MB of system memory (RAM), and a microSD memory slot with support for microSDHC high capacity flash memory cards.

The T-Mobile Shadow is available in two colors, Sage (seen left) and Copper (see Image Gallery below).
