Sprint has followed T-Mobile's example and launched its own version of the HTC Touch Pro2.
The HTC Touch Pro2 is larger than last year's Touch Pro, mainly to accommodate its 3.6-inch WVGA flip-up touchscreen display. The screen tilts up to reveal a QWERTY keyboard beneath.
Features include a 528MHz Qualcomm CPU, 512MB of flash ROM, 256MB of RAM, 802.11g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EV-DO Mobile Broadband, a 3.2MP camera, a microSDHC flash memory card slot and a 1500mAh Li-Ion battery. While the Touch Pro2 will first include Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro as the OS, the device will have a WM6.5 upgrade later in the year or in early 2010.
The Sprint HTC Touch Pro2 is now available for sale on the Sprint web store.
