Last available with the Pocket PC 2003 Phone Edition operating system,
the Pocket PC Phone from T-Mobile (formerly VoiceStream)
was the first Pocket PC to offer mobile phone
users the chance to combine a Pocket PC and a
cell phone. Distributed by T-Mobile,
the Pocket PC Phone featured a 206MHz StrongArm
processor, dual band capabilities, and GSM/GPRS
connectivity. The device was intended for use on the
T-Mobile/VoiceStream wireless network.
Since
the release of this first version of the T-Mobile
Pocket PC Phone, many other Windows Moible powered PDA Phones and Smartphones have been released, and T-Mobile has updated its Windows Mobile phone offerings.
