Windows Mobile Treo 700wx
Available from Sprint, Verizon Wireless and Alltel, the Palm Treo 700wx was released as an updated version of the Treo 700w. The Treo 700wx is essentially a CDMA version of the 700w, compatible high speed EV-DO wireless networks.
The Treo 700wx is a Windows Mobile Pocket PC Phone (also referred to as a Windows Mobile Touchscreen Smartphone); the primary advancement of the 700wx over its predecessor is its expanded system memory, with almost 60MB available for use by active programs.
Other features include a 1.3MP digital camera, Bluetooth v1.2, and a Secure Digital slot with support for memory cards and SDIO peripherals. The 700wx does not have onboard Wi-Fi, but it is compatible with supported SDIO Wi-Fi cards. The 700wx is also Dial-Up Networking (DUN) ready and can be used as a wireless modem for USB-enabled laptops.
The cost of the Treo 700wx is as low as $99 with with certain carriers and contract agreements.
