Folks, there's a new Treo in town: the Palm Treo Pro is a Windows Mobile Professional (touchscreen) smartphone with the traditional QWERTY thumb keyboard layout and a flashy new look.

The Treo Pro has a darker, sleeker and glossier design than previous Treos (a welcome change in our opinion) and looks to have a slightly smaller keyboard than previous models. Features include built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, GPS, a microSD flash memory card slot, a 1500mAh Li-Ion battery and a 2MP camera. 

The Pro is currently sold by Palm unlocked for GSM wireless networks like T-Mobile and AT&T Mobility. A Sprint version of the Treo Pro will go on sale in mid-February 2009.
