Released in late 2009, the HTC Imagio XV6975 replaced the Verizon Touch Diamond in the carrier's smartphone lineup. While the device is still available from Verzion Wireless, it would appear to be approching EOL (End of Life) with the carrier as its third-party availability is now limited.
The Imagio Windows Phone features a 3.6-inch touchscreen display with a high 800x480 resolution, EV-DO mobile broadband connectivity, a 5MP autofocus digital camera, 512MB of onboard flash storage, and a microSDHC flash memory card slot for up to 16GB of additional storage.
The Imagio also features an antenna that doubles as a kickstand for easy video viewing and allows the handset to work with VCAST, Verizon's $15/month mobile TV service. Unlike so many other HTC handsets of the past few years, the Imagio includes a 3.5mm audio jack.
