Verizon Wireless XV6800 PPC Phone
Sprint and T-Mobile have each had Windows Mobile 6 Professional touchscreen phones on the market since the summer and AT&T began shipping its 8925 a few months later; but fear not Verizon customers - your wireless carrier has quietly released a similar device - the Verizon XV6800 (aka HTC Titan). The XV6800 is a replacement for the now-dated VX6700 and boasts many of the same features of its contemporaries.
The XV6800's feature set is similar to competator models: the Windows Mobile 6 Professional OS, a slide-to-hide QWERTY keyboard, 802.11g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, a CDMA transceiver with EV-DO support (upgradable to Rev. A), a 2MP digital camera, and a microSD flash memory card slot with SDHC support.
The XV6800 is now available from the Verizon Wireless web site. Have questions or information regarding the XV6800? E-Mail us.
