The first Windows Phone 7 device to be officially announced in the United States was the T-Mobile HTC HD7. And this 4.3-inch slab smartphone, an evolution of the Windows Mobile HD2, is now available at T-Mobile.
The HTC HD2 sports a 1GHz Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm, a 4.3-inch Super LCD capacitive touchscreen (the largest of the Windows Phone launch devices), 16GB of onboard flash storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and compatibility with T-Mobile's 3G data network.
With a focus on entertainment, the HD7 comes pre-loaded with Netflix, Slacker Radio, XBOX Live, and onboard video playback. The HD7's built-in kickstand makes watching video easy, no add-on stand case required.
The HD7 is now available in the U.S. from T-Mobile with a direct price of $199 with a two-year service agreement. Check other retailers below for better deals.
